Kaz Nootan Commissions

I. Payment

To prevent time theft, payment is charged in 50:50 payments. A 50% down payment at beginning of the commission, and the remaining 50% prior to the final steps of the commission. If for any reason the commission is canceled, you may be entitled to a refund (see Section IV). The funds for each commission are saved in a special bank account and will not be touched until the commission is complete or the funds are returned.I only accept payment through PayPal or Venmo.

II. Artist Consent

I, the artist, consent to drawing:

  • Human

  • Anthropomorphic

  • Fan art

  • Explicit (NSFW)

  • Portraits

  • Pets.

I do not consent to draw:

  • Non-morphic or feral

  • Mecha

  • Gore

I reserve the right to agree or disagree to draw anything that may not be listed above or refuse to draw anything I do not wish to.

III. Process

The process for each commission goes as follows:Thumbnails - We will discuss what the final product will look like, and I'll provide quick thumbnail sketches for the general idea. It generally helps if you come prepared with ideas, references, or examples so this stage takes as little time as possible.Sketching - Once the thumbnail is decided on, I will begin the rough sketch. You are offered one revision of the commission at this stage, including anything that would need redrawing such as reposing, changing the background, or new clothes, for example.Line Art and Color - The next step is finishing the piece. You are offered another revision at this stage, such as changing colors or adjusting small details in the line art.Additional revisions cost an extra fee depending on the request.

IV. Cancellation

You can cancel your commission any time during the Thumbnails or Sketching steps of the process for a full refund. Once the piece has entered the Line Art and Color phase, you can cancel the project but the initial 50% down payment will not be refunded.
If the piece takes longer than 4 weeks to finish after down-payment is delivered, you will be offered a 30% discount.If for any reason the commission cannot be completed due to difficulties on my end, you will be provided with a full refund, and the commission will be canceled.
